Tomcat 5.5.8 release

Did there is a plan to make a release of Tomcat 5.5.8 ?

As many, I need official releases for our production servers

I agree that too much time has passed for 5.5.8, and we should do a 
5.5.9 instead. Soon ?

Hi,
There's no plan to move 5.5.8 anywhere right now.  Use 5.5.7, which is
stable.
