   ## Question
   
   I used the version 4.0.0-RC1. When I started my project, I get the mistake.
   ```
   Configuration problem: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace [http://shardingsphere.apache.org/schema/shardingsphere/sharding]
   ```
   I'm not sure if there is a problem with my configuration, because I didn't report this error when I used version 3.0 a long time ago, because shardingsphere has been re-used in the recent project. I want to report this error when I am ready to use the latest version. I hope I can get some help. Thank you.
