How to define a differnt webapp-directoy

I would like to keep Coocon program directories separate from my
Cocoon applications.

In order to do so I'd like to run Cocoon using a different
webapp-directory. Is there a command line option of doing so or how
else could I do it?

I realize that I could add a reference to a subsitemap to the main
sitemap but I'd like to have a separate cocoon instance, main sitemap
and all.

Thanks,

Not quite what I was looking for but probably better to use
this to benefit from Cocoon updates.

Thanks.

Take a look at mount-table.xml in the root of the distribution IIRC.
