[GitHub] libcloud pull request #1035: Fix VhdImage and ex_list_public_ips in ARM driv...

    I noticed that `AzureVhdImage` `__repr__` would never work because it doesn't have a location field.
    
    Also, this string would never render.

    What is the correct URL? @techhat @tetron do you know?


You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/tonybaloney/libcloud azure_arm_fixes
