OASIS XML Catalog Standard

Hi,
    
Is OASIS XML Catalog standard supported in xerces-C ?

If someone were to port the code over to C++ it would be a welcome addition
to XML Commons.

Would be nice if someone could volunteer to add the C++ code for XML Commons...

I've had to code it myself for Xerces-P. If there was a resolver in
Xerces-C already, I could just wrap it.

As far as I know there's only a Java implementation [1] of the resolver.
