I am a developer of ISAPI EXTENSION(s) for IIS. Apache 1_3 WriteClient works 
fine, however, 2.0.45 is not working at all. My extension works fine in IIS - 
gone through 5 months of QA. Please contact me for specifics. Moreover, after 2 
WriteClient calls - gpf in libapr.dll
