[ANNOUNCE] Apache Sedona 1.2.0-incubating released

Dear all,

We are happy to report that we have released Apache Sedona (incubating)
1.2.0-incubating. Thank you again for your help.

Apache Sedona (incubating) is a cluster computing system for processing
large-scale spatial data.
