Hi All,

Here is patch attached for UI enhancements. 
It includes following screens - 
- AR Payment Groups - https://localhost:8443/ar/control/FindArPaymentGroups 
-- Enhanced UI by page styling.
- Payment Group Overview Screen - https://localhost:8443/ar/control/PaymentGroupOverview?paymentGroupId=10000 
-- Styled the page
-- added collapsible option to Payment Group Overview and Payment Group Members screenlet.
-- Modified UILabel to assign better name : from Payment Group Member to Payment Group Members 
- Edit Payment Group - https://localhost:8443/ar/control/EditPaymentGroup?paymentGroupId=10000
-- Enhanced UI.
- Edit Payment Group Members screen - https://localhost:8443/ar/control/EditPaymentGroupMember?paymentGroupId=10000
