Hi,
validating a document with characters inside which are outside the encoding
declaration character set should cause an error.

I have checked it with DOMWriter and SAXWriter.

I have used a ISO-8859-1 inside a UTF-8 declared document.

Other parsers (for example MSXML) report an error.

Regards

Thomas
