(e) Still Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – German UI
/
German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1537973 - 2013-11-03]" on
German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile. Because of
incomplete LCo selector (Bug 123063) no correct information can be left.

--- Comment #1 from Rainer Bielefeld <ra...@bielefeldundbuss.de> ---
I reduce this one to the problem that leading heading "Contents" will be added
to TOC (when TOC becomes updated.)
Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev. 1524958
2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0
User Profile used for all predecessor versions
Additional info:
(a) not a new problem, already reproducible with OOo 3.1.1
(b) Was ok with OOo 1.1.5 and OOo 3.0.2
(c) the problem seems to be that OOo 3 and later count the formatting
"TOC Heading" of first string "Contents" of document as a normaL heading,
so
that it becomes included into the TOC. Older Versions did not include that
special formatting into TOC (what was ok)
(d) I also observe the problem with LibO 3.5.7.2 on UBUNTU, so OS = ALL
@Edwin Sharp
Please submit separate bug reports for different problems you find (spacing has
nothing to do with the additional TOC item problem).
If you only observe unexpected effects without being able to contribute
background information please submit bugs with initial Status UNCONFIRMED

(c) I think AOO's treating of that Heading is consistent, that style is
linked with style "Heading 1". Some special treatment seems to be required
for that .doc style?
