Unfortunately, it is still present.
I did just updated everything I can and it is still the same. Now I have NetBeans 12.6, Zulu build of OpenJDK 17 and macOS 12.1. Trying clean build of maven project with just "hello world". While main window is shrunken and it takes about 0.8s, then I just enlarge main window and it takes 2.3s again (depending on how big I make it).
