tr:document and accessibility-mode

Hello

Why must the accessibility-mode switched to "inaccessible" for the usage
of "initialFocusId" in tr:document?
Is there a special reason for this?
I would like to set the focus to a special component on every page. Is
there an other possibility to do this?
