Description:
queries like
{noformat}
FROM integers FULL OUTER JOIN integers2 ON integers.i=integers2.k ORDER BY i NULLS FIRST
{noformat} will bring to erroneous results. Also some tests from /sql/join* have no ordering thus results are not equal to pattern.
