News on NL Website

Hi,

I've seen that the website translations are leaving the /news in TO-DO
state:

http://www.openoffice.org/sr-test/news/
http://www.openoffice.org/tr/news/

The idea is that you populate it with some news from
http://www.openoffice.org/news/ may be not all, but the most recent
ones, and you can also include local news.

The dummy empty TO-DO news page was added because
http://www.openoffice.org/news/index.html is not ported to MarkDown; you
may want to take a look at the Spanish site, where all content is in
MarkDown, which is more friendly to translate:

http://www.openoffice.org/es/noticias/

If you want something like these in your NL, it will require some extra
content in the templates, because of its left navigation bar.
