processing of xerces mapped node fails attributes

Hi,

we just happened to encouter the following problem when trying to process a
transformation on a xerces DOM_Node that we mapped to a xalannode via the
bridge mechanism.
When processing this node with a xsl template that uses a copy of an element
with attributes these attributes are left out for output.

Any suggestions on that one?
