Review Comment:
   I didn't understand your question. First of all we deploy file to local node, after that if deploy was success we create node status with DEPLOYED status and after that if status created successfully we start deploy to cmg node.

   Here you've changed the status for node1 with `id1` to `DEPLOYED` but the assertion says `UPLOADING`. I don't understand why.
