Tagging 9.0.2 and 8.5.24

Hi all,

The release of Commons Daemon 1.1.0 has enabled the Java 9 changes to be
completed for Tomcat. Therefore, I am currently planning on tagging
9.0.2 and 8.5.24 tomorrow.

Please speak up if you would like me to delay either or both of these
tags for any reason.
