[Bug 8328] New: Block subdomains
https://bz.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=8328
Bug ID: 8328
Summary: Block subdomains
Product: Spamassassin
Version: 4.0.2
Hardware: PC
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: spamassassin
Assignee: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
Reporter: info@cagno-di.com
Target Milestone: Undefined
Hello dear team
I use SpamAssasin via Spanel from ScalaHosting.
I have noticed that if I block a domain (which has not ended up in spam), the
domain should then no longer have any chance of ending up in my inbox.
Unfortunately, I receive some e-mails from subdomains of the blocked domain
address.
With .domain.tld I have entered the spam domain to block possible subdomains,
unfortunately without any chance.
Even the recognition of the e-mail as spam (70% of them are all structured in
the same way) is not filtered well and ends up in the mailbox.
Is there a way to optimize this?
Best regards
Pablo

Hi Pablo,
This is a great question to send to the SpamAssassin users mailing list. This
bugzilla site is used for reporting of bugs and other development issues in
SpamAssassin, not for requesting advice or support.
Information on our mailing lists including how to subscribe and read it.
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SPAMASSASSIN/MailingLists
Subscription is required before you can post to it. You will want the "users"
list.
I'm closing this bugzilla issue as not a valid issue for this site.
