XenServer Hosts Mounting Secondary Storage from wrong Zone
I am observing a problem with relation to XenServer Hosts which are mounting Secondary Storage from a remote Zone via their Management Network, even though there is a correctly configured Secondary Storage in the local Zone, and a correctly configured Storage Network on a dedicated VLAN.
In addition, when the XenServer decides to mount the correct local Secondary Storage, it appears to run very slowly. However if we manually mount the secondary storage and copies files, they copy very quickly. And by very slowly, I mean simply running the 'ls' command can take 2 minutes to return a list of two files.
This particular problem is being experienced on CloudStack 4.2.1 with XenServer 6.2. However I have also witnessed the cross Zone Secondary Storage mounting happening in CloudStack 4.3
Anyone else seen this behaviour ???

@Daan - that's exactly the issue we are seeing in 4.2.1
@Ahmed - I agree it's not fully fixed in 4.3 as system VMs are deploying (and running) in the 2nd Zone even though the system VM template is still downloading to sec storage in the 2nd zone

Hey Geoff, we have something similar to this problem in 4.2.1 but checked
the code and it should be solved in 4.3. Templates are being copied from a
random secstor, even one that isn't reachable from the zone. Sounds like
somewhat related. This occurs when using a global template from a zone/host
that doesn't haven't the template in it's primary storage yet. Do you see a
relation with your issue?
