[VOTE] Graduate Mnemonic to TLP
Please vote on this community resolution to seek graduation to TLP for
Mnemonic.
This vote will be open for ~72 hours and passes if a majority of at least
three +1 Apache Mnemonic PPMC votes are cast.
[ ] +1 Proceed with graduation process
[ ] 0 I don't feel strongly about it, but don't object
[ ] -1 Do not proceed yet because…
