Do we need logging feature in Cloud controller?

I think we do not need. Let me know if you have any concern on removing
this.

+1. My concern was that if this feature is only responsible for handling
application logs, we can remove it. System logs depends on same feature. So
+1 for keeping it.

We have kept the logging feature in could-controller in order to access the
logs in a environment like accessing the server is bit hard. In that case,
from the management console, you can get the relevant information on the
logs..
