   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   Improve development by adding angular proxy conf and updated npm start
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   Develop AdminUI locally with `./gateway-admin-ui/npm run start` and checking that url updated to `http://localhost:4200/gateway/manager/admin-ui`
