[I] [Bug] S3 Filesystem loader should not require access and secret key [paimon]
PatrickRen opened a new issue, #8674:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues/8674
### Search before asking
- [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar.
### Paimon version
On master: b7df2b487edccb6f683165890e580c08332fe5b3
### Compute Engine
Flink
### Minimal reproduce step
Starting a Flink job reading Paimon on S3
### What doesn't meet your expectations?
AWS client's default credentials provider chain supports multiple ways of key-less authentication, such as environment variables, JVM properties, so access key and secret should not be required by S3 filesystem loader:

### Anything else?
