NoSuchMethodError in XALAN:SimpleXSLTServlet

I am getting a NoSuchMethodError on running SimpleXSLTServlet.
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
       at
org.apache.xpath.axes.ChildWalkerMultiStep.getNextNode(ChildWalkerMultiStep.java:95)

I have rebuilt xalan, but with no result.

Anybody encountered a similar error?
