In the host checks UI, we have a combo box which by default shows All Hosts. Its entries contains all hosts with issues. This combo should be editable, where a user can type any regular expression, and the UI below dynamically updates to show issues for only those hosts.
All host numbers, issues, issue counts etc. in sections, paths etc. should be automatically updated as host selections change.
