How to avoid FPs by HTML_TINY_FONT?

HTML_TINY_FONT catches quite a few HTML emails which have font-size
specific as e.g. 1.2em or 0.7em etc. 

I see a couple of reports on HTML_TINY_FONT

but neither has a fix.
