Luke - way to browse index information for a query

Hi there

I was wondering if it was possible to use Luke or a similar tool to
browse an index based on a query result?
What I mean is can I enter a query and retrieve information from the
result set?
It would be pretty cool to discover what other keywords are associated
with keywords entered into a query, if I did a query like "Beach
Holidays" maybe a common keywords found in the results might be, "Sun"
or "Sea" and so on.

Cheers
Aled
