When starting a couchbase node on Softlayer without internet connection on the machine where brooklyn is executing I get the following error:

Failure running task provisioning (softlayer) (WlYne2yy): Unable to match required VM template constraints PortableTemplateBuilder[ports=[22], is64bit=true, imageChooserFunction=brooklyn.location.jclouds.BrooklynImageChooser$3@8defbf0, minCores=4.0, minRam=16384] when trying to provision VM in JcloudsLocation[softlayer:cloudsoft]; see list of images in log. Root cause: org.jclouds.http.HttpResponseException: api.softlayer.com connecting to GET https://api.softlayer.com/rest/v3/SoftLayer_Software_Description/getAllObjects?objectMask=id%3Bname%3Bversion%3BoperatingSystem%3BlongDescription%3BreferenceCode HTTP/1.1
