[~prasanth_j] Could you please clarify why an applicationId object would be needed in an upper layer which should likely remain YARN agnostic?

> MRInput sets dag index, vertex index, task index, task attempt index and application id string in configuration object. Constructing full task attempt identifier (applicationId_dagIndex_vertexIndex_taskIndex_taskAttempIndex) from the individual pieces if error prone because of conversion from string to int conversions. Also YARN does not provide an API to construct ApplicationID object from string. It will be much easier if tez MRInputHelpers set the full taskAttemptID string in configuration object.
