[~MikaelSmith], I've added an ARM version of the clang-tidy job: https://jenkins.impala.io/view/Ubuntu%2020/job/clang-tidy-ub2004-ARM/

Unfortunately it fails for current apache/master with the same failure that was seen during the development of https://gerrit.cloudera.org/c/21061/.
The likely solution will be to upgrade GTest to a recent release. [~boroknagyz] tested GTest 1.14, which seemed to work.
