Two instances of Apache on dual CPU NT Box.

I newly switched my old NT box with a Dual CPU NT box,  the Apache/Tomcat
configuration stays the same.  
For some reason,  in the Performance Monitor,  I saw 2 instances of Apache
running,  why is that ??   Is it a feature of Dual processor NT or it's
something else ??
