Would this also apply to {{packing_simd128_generated.h}} and similar files which are generated by [https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/cpp/src/arrow/util/bpacking_simd_codegen.py]?
I do not think so bc I couldn't find a script that invokes *python bpacking_simd_codegen.py 128 > bpacking_simd128_generated.h*
