   Travis CI uses 21 minutes to finish the task and I think we can run it every PR, while it's not required.
   
   It seems GitHub Actions may support ARM64 in this year (since [Azure supported ARM64 arch in April](https://github.community/t/ask-about-github-hosted-runners-arm64-platform-support/167483/6)). We can review this topic then but we can also find a way for now like migrate to travis :)
