[PATCH] FAQ update
I've forrestized the FAQ's from the wiki. Here's the patch the faq.xml

I wasn't proposing to get rid of the wiki FAQ but if that's the case why
have a "official" FAQ at all? Transfer everything back to the wiki and
make the FAQ menu item link straight there.
One thing I don't like about the wiki FAQ is that it's not nearly as nicely
formatted as the forrest generated one. Being able to use anchors is a big
help.
You could make this argument for all the documentation.
