How to make horizontally centered tables in a page?

Hello,
I'm trying to make tables centered in a page. How would be the best way to 
achieve this?

The following doesn't work as expected:
<fo:block text-align="center">
...table inside here...
</fo:block>

fo:block-container is not fully implemented yet.

So how can I accomplish this? Any ideas?
