1.3.2

Hi,

I needed the fix for REDBACK-253 and realised we'd left it languishing for some time. I decided to upgrade 1.3.x to Redback 1.3-SNAPSHOT to pick up the fix.

I'm thinking of going through several open redback issues and getting them closed out, then releasing it.

WDYT about having a 1.3.2 release for a series of Redback fixes only?
