   ## WHY
   1. When APISIX 2.15 is released, a PR will be submitted first to change the APISIX version number in the apisix-docker to test whether the image to be released is available.
   linux_ci cannot pass at this time, because it uses the compose file in the example directory to pull the APISIX image, and the corresponding version of the APISIX image has not been released at this time.
   
   2. The test content of linux_alpine_ci is too rough, and the test purpose is similar to that of linux_ci
   
   ## HOW
   Remove linux_ci and linux_alpine_ci, add a new ci test file, and trigger it periodically
