[Vote] Release Felix HTTP Service 1.0.0 (Jetty)

Hi all,

I cut a release of the Felix HTTP Service (based on Jetty) service.
This service implementation was developed and but never released.

The source and binary release archives, signature files, SHA and MD5
message digests for each are available as zip and tar.gz here:

http://people.apache.org/~clement/releases/org/apache/felix/org.apache.felix.http.jetty/1.0.0/

Please vote to approve these release archives:

[ ] +1 Yes, release it now
[ ] -1 No, don't release now (please provide specific comments)

Regards,
Clement

Signatures are okay, checked the headers and used this version of the
implementation in some internal projects and ran the tests, looking
good from my point of view!

Greetings, Marcel
