[users@httpd] listener thread

Hi,

I have Apache 2.0.45 running on a RH9 box.  When I start up apache it starts
to go down to the min number of threads, which is fine since no one is using
this box as of yet.

What I keep seeing in the error logs is "the listener thread didn't exit".
Is this something I need to worry about (since it is a [crit] message)?  Am
using mpm worker module.
