turbine.log file

Hi, when i try to run  my aplication using turbine, the turbine.log file is
not been crated, only the velocity.log file, what could be the problem??
I want the user download a text file by clicking on a link, but  what
happens is that the txt file is displayed on the screen and i can not
download it, does any body knows what i have to do?
