   Error:  Fatal error: cb.apply is not a function
   
   ## Information
   Cordova build failing on Azure pipelines after Cordova 10 release on August 4th.
   
   ### Command or Code
   grunt npm-install
   
   ### Environment, Platform, Device
   This issue is happening from August 4th on Azure pipeline for Cordova android build deployment. Tried by updating to node 14 version but still same issue. This is not happening on development environment but only on build pipeline.
