Ignite 1.1.0

Guys,

I would like to create another Ignite release this Friday. The main reason
is to provide the fix for SQL bugs that snuck into 1.0, e.g. lack of Union
support. There also have been usability improvements for cache
configuration and some example refactoring.

I am seeing that most SQL tickets have been fixed, so in my opinion we
should be able to create a release. Please let me know if there are any
objections.

I suggest you wait until Monday? Many people will be travelling to
Austin for ApacheCon this week-end and are not likely to have time to
review the release.
