Patch contains the changes for ldap connection check tool. This tool is packaged as part of ranger usersyn module and can be used for discovering and/or verifying the usersync ldap/AD related properties as well as ldap/AD authentication related properties before configuring ranger.

Testing
-------
Tests performed:
1. Verified the packaging and running the tool with various supported command line options.
2. Tested the tool against openLdap server as well as Active directory setup.
3. Used the discovered properties from the tool and configured 2.3 ranger and validated the results.
4. Tested few negative cases on in valid credentials for authentication, wrong domain while discovering usersync properties, and providing invalid bind password as part of the user input.
