[PR] Add Grails TeePublic shirt promotion [grails-static-website]

   ## Summary
   
   - Add a responsive merchandise card to the homepage community section.
   - Self-host the Apache Grails T-shirt preview shown in Male Fit, Vintage, Acid Black.
   - Link to the stable TeePublic product page and explain which selections match the preview because TeePublic does not support variant deep links.
   
   ## Verification
   
   - `./gradlew build --console=plain`
   - Browser QA at 375px, 768px, and 1280px with no horizontal overflow
   - Keyboard focus and WCAG contrast checks
   - TeePublic destination click-through
