[users@httpd] Apache2 + ntlm_auth = popup window shows

Hello,
configuration:
centos 5.5
apache 2.2.3-43
squid-2.6.STABLE21-6
samba-3.0.33-3.29
Active Directory 2003
Browser: IE 7

SSO works with squid, it immediately authenticate.
With apache it shows window to authenticate and after I put proper login and
password it'ok.
My question is: how to avoid showing this window and immediately
authenticate?

Squid and Apache helpers:
squid - wbinfo_group.pl
apache - /usr/bin/ntlm_auth
