Bulgarian Localization

Hello Open Office Team,
In Your Bulgarian localization decimal symbol is comma, but most used is
dot. Can You generate new localization that correct this issue?
I send You generated .xml locale file.

I couldn't see one either. So this issue was apparently forgotten, but
it may still be relevant for 4.1.2.

I opened
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126470
to track this. There are more comments there, but in short the patch
changes much more than what it is supposed to fix and we will want
feedback from the l10n list about this. In the meantime, thanks for the
patch!

Regards,
   Andrea.

Apologies for the delay is getting back to this request.

I checked Bugzilla and no issue seems to be filed for this as yet.

Typically patches are included as attachments to issues filed in
Bugzilla -- https://bz.apache.org/ooo/ so they can be reviewed and can
be tracked.

Would it be possible for you to apply for Bugzilla account, enter this
issue and provide your revised xml as a patch to the issue? This would
allow for tracking and for additional input on this request.

Thank you for your help.
