New xsl template
Here is a new version of the xsl template. I've moved most of the
constants and variables into "settings.xsl". I've begun localizing it a
bit.
Still a lot to do, but I thought it might be a good idea if more people
tested it with different xslt transformers. I've done tests with mozilla
and Xalan-C++.

I'm viewing the XML directly in Mozilla, which is what I have been doing
from the beginning. I'll get Xalan and see what that does for me.

Nothing is perfekt. Certainly not me.
Success to failure. Just a matter of degrees.

That's strange! I'm running Mozilla 0.98 on Linux. I've had no crashes,
then again I mainly apply the style with Xalan, since I'm most interested
in the HTML code, rather than how it looks rendered (at least in this phase
:-) As far as I know the style that went into the CVS, worked on my
set-up.
I've been holding back the latest update, because it doesn't render
properly in Mozilla. For some reason it comes out looking like text only.
With Xalan and xsltproc it works great. I'll try to focus on these Mozilla
problems today...

I'm having Mozilla crash every time I load mod_log_config.xml This
could be my fault, as this is a doc that I did, but it was not doing
this before I got the cvs update of the new xsl files.

I know I missed out on a couple of strings. It should be fixe in the next
version.

That I didn't notice! I'll try to fix that.

I've no idea. I do know that core.xml managed to make Xalan-C++ core dump
(pun not intended :-) every now and then.

I just committed this. It looks pretty good. Here are some outstanding
issues, in no particular order:
1. Some more things will need to translated, like "Summary". But the
overall framework looks good.
2. There are now extra spaces in some places (after a directive name) and
missing spaces in some places (Apache modulemod_setenvif).
3. I'm now having problems with my Xalan transformations. Everything
seems to work fine if I transform one document at a time, but if I try to
use the ant task to do the whole bunch, I get seemingly random failures
with:
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1
Anyone have any ideas?
Joshua.

Ooops, I included the wrong version of manual.xls.
<note> has gotten a new selector "type". So far the only acceptable value
is "warning". <note type="warning"> will get you a more reddish
background, than the usual notes.
To parapgrase Crocodile Dundee; Yes, it looks like shite, but you can use!
I'll try to get it better next time...
