Indexing a RDF document using lucene

Hi,

I want to index a rdf document using lucene.RDF consists of a subject
,predicate ,object(as triples).suppose given a set of keywords defining a
search,we want to match the URIrefs containg those keywords.so how can i
index the triples using the lucene.please provide some help how to hash each
URIres to token and index the docucument using lucene.For example

<?xml version="1.0"?><rdf:RDF
xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#"
xmlns:si="http://www.recshop.fake/siteinfo#">
<rdf:Description rdf:about="http://www.w3schools.com/RDF">
<si:author>Jan</si:author>
<si:homepage>http://www.w3schools.com</si:homepage>
</rdf:Description>
</rdf:RDF>

subject predicate object

{http://www.w3schools.com/RDF, http://www.recshop.fake/siteinfo#author ,
"Jan" }

{http://www.w3schools.com/RDF ,http://www.recshop.fake/siteinfo#homepage, "
http://www.w3schools.com"}

in above rdf document the subject, predicate,object are given,in some cases
an object can also be an URIref. how can i index this document using
lucene.how can URIrefs indexed along string literals using
lucene.pleasegive some help on indexing and searching on RDF
documents.

Thank you.
phani.
