[PR] Remove unused maven-verifier pin from the IT build [maven]

The ITs use the in-repo Verifier on maven-executor; maven-verifier is deprecated (apache/maven-verifier#186).
Verified: mvn dependency:tree -Dincludes=org.apache.maven.shared:maven-verifier over its/ → no matches
