STR:
* Ambari 2.2 rpm 1271 (1f631152dc82d8abfaed704e6731fb655a45456c)
* Deployed a cluster with 3 hosts and ZK Server only on 2 of them. Rest of services were HDFS, YARN, MR
* Then I added Kafka service, so zookeeper.connect property only had 2. 
* I then added ZK server on the third host.

Error:
The props in HDFS and YARN related to zookeeper were updated to contain all 3 hosts, but not zookeeper.connect in Kafka.
